We request information from the user on our registration, order and payment forms. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
Credit Cards and Payments
We maintain your credit card details in a secure, encrypted format on our system for recurring billing. Your credit card and other personal details will only be passed to Paypal, 2Checkout or Natwest (Streamline) through their secure payment gateway for payment processing.
All recurring billing will be advised by email to the account administration email address prior to the next billing period. Failure to process the billing on the renewal date for the service will lead to the service being suspended until the payment has been successfully processed.
